Artist statement
Megan is a writer and director with a focus in turning the spotlight onto modern issues, through honest live theatre, spoken-word, and fiction. She is currently writing her upcoming play, "Doors Closing," and is working on her debut novel, “Between The Lines.” Both works delve head-first into the human experience and feature flawed characters influenced by real-life perspectives. Megan plans to develop her creative practice further by setting up her own theatre company. She writes stories that mean something—either through what they say about us as humans, or what they can encourage us to say.
